GUIDELINES OF DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS OF SOME COMMON OFFENCE 

SMOKING: Smoking on working days and while on duty especially at work place is an offence, irrespective of the nature of the job, government or private organisation. if found guilty will attract a penalty of #5000, suspension or dismissal of offender from his duties

MALINGERING: Malingering, that is pretending to be ill in order to escape duty or work. Such is highly unacceptable especially for the government workers, offenders could be dismissed from duty after investigation is carried out or could be mandated to pay a fine of #10,000 and above depending on the nature of job 

LOTTERIES: Lotteries carried out in streets, clubs or even churches without the approval of State Commissioner. This offence maybe tag common for some reasons of intentions but offenders or group of organisation found guilty would be fined #50,000 and above depending on the nature of the lottery game. 

AID ESCAPE: Attempt to aid an escape or rescue after arrest. This can easily lead to chaos with the officer in charge so therefore, offenders are dealt with severely and are made to spend 2weeks in police custody for further investigation with a fine of #50,000 

RAPE AND DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: In cases this, we set out an investigative committee to look into the cause of domestic violence, if found guilty either the man or the woman would be penalize and made to pay a fine of #20,000 depending on the injuries sustained by either partners.  While the issue of rape.
