Meanwhile, at the 54th annual conference of World Bank Economic Forum, the Africa regional vice president Makhtar Diop has pinpoint Nigeria to be at the forefront of under-development since the recent change in government, stating that recovered funds in the past administration is now being looted at this present administration.

During the interactive session, issues were raised concerning the funds recovered by the EFCC, and from investigation it has been observed that some serving ministers have been the culprit diverting the recovered funds outside the country.
